From 14 January 2026, you must book in advance before visiting a household waste recycling centre.
Book before you visit
You must book a slot online before visiting a household waste recycling centre from 14 January 2026. Bookings are available up to two weeks in advance or 30 minutes prior, subject to availability.
Booking is easy:
1. Enter your details
2. Choose a household waste recycling centre
3. Enter the type of waste you are bringing
4. Choose a date and time
We will then send you a confirmation email with all the necessary details. The email will explain what to do if you have any chargeable waste and your weekly free allowince.
If you are unable to book online you can book by calling our customer service centre, which is open Monday to Friday.
