We are looking forward to warmer days, lighter evenings and lots of goings on throughout spring.  First up we have Easter weekend which is already looking very busy. On Good Friday we will certainly have lots of fish options for lunch and dinner.

 After dinner, we have some fabulous live music from local man Sam Lamden. Sam played for our Party in the Pub last year and was a huge hit.

 On Easter Sunday, after a busy lunch, we will of course have a bank holiday bumper meat draw along with an Easter draw so be sure to get tickets as soon as you can. After the meat draw, we have the amazingly talented Jamie Felton. Jamie was here last Easter and was also really popular! The pub will be open all day all weekend, but as usual we will be closed on the Monday so all the staff can enjoy a well-deserved day off with family and friends.

Looking ahead, we will once again do ‘Live Music Month of May’ and have live music every Sunday throughout the month. Each band or singer will start after the meat draw at 6pm, hopefully outside in the Courtyard. 

Thanks to everyone for continuing to support the pub. We are getting busier most days so if you want a table for lunch or dinner, please remember to try and book. We hate to turn people away, especially villagers!
