Are you a carer and need a break? Do you have a neighbour, friend or relative who is perhaps lonely or needs a helping hand? We can help.

Independence is what we all value. We all want to stay in our own homes and make decisions for ourselves, but many of us in later life need some help. Carers need some time for themselves.

So what do we offer? We offer day care, open five days a week 9am until 3pm in a warm, inviting and friendly atmosphere. We have trained staff who organise activities, seated exercises, outings or they will just sit with you to have a chat. A hot midday meal and drinks throughout the day are enjoyed by all. We offer a health and well being service including, foot care, hairdressing, bathing, physiotherapy, reflexology, counselling, advice and much more. Your health and well being is very important.

Wallingford Day Centre is about making people feel comfortable, meeting like minded people, helping people who live on their own to have a social life and supporting carers.
